Welcome to the Civilian Department page. As a civilian you must follow all laws and must listen to LEO's and... who am I kidding? Your a civilian you live life as a adult with a job, house, and car! We ask if you are accepted to please not use the following cars: No Warstock, No Arena war, and No Supercars. But then again you can use them but no running, and what you do with them you have to stay within the parameters of the rules.
